Delivery & Returns
- Orders in stock are dispatched within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment
- Wheels ordered through our Wheel Configurator will start with assembling process after receiving cleared payment on our bank account.
- Backorders are usually dispatched within 10 to 15 days of receiving cleared payment
- Shipment rates will be charged additionally on pro-forma invoice after receiving weight information of total order.
International courier delivery
WHAKA Wheels offers courier delivery to international customers allowing orders to be fully traceable. The price of this service is dependent on the delivery country or region.
Delivering to your address
Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed.
For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.
Please Note: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses
Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe via the courier notes, WHAKA Wheels cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.
Returns and refounds
The customer has a right to return any merchandise in 14 days from receiving it for any reason. It also suffices to send us a written statement of resigning from the order in 14 days without specifying the reason for this decision. In this case the merchandise has to be returned in the next 14 days unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Refunds for the purchased items will be made to the customer’s banking account in no more than 15 days. Any return-shipping expenses are carried by the customer.
The manufacturer is obliged by law to provide warranty for perfect functioning of the purchased merchandise.Warranty claims can be carried our directly with the manufacturer or the authorised service provider thereof. The customer can make warranty claims with the warranty form and the receipt issued by the seller.
The manufacturer has to make warranty repairs in 45 days after receiving the product(s) or replace the merchandise with new fully-functioning item(s) of the same value. Warranty claims can also be made through the seller, whereby the same provisions from the above paragraph apply.
Returns of the merchandise are carried out in compliance with the conditions, laid out by the manufacturer on the warranty form. If you wish us to bear the costs of your return shipment, this has to be arranged and agreed upon in advance.
